Can't make your appointment?

We know that life sometimes gets in the way - that’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, we will have to charge a cancelation fee.
In the circumstance where a client doesn't give us any notice or an appointment is cancelled the day of your appointment, a 100% charge is required before another appointment can be scheduled.

Please know that every consideration is given to late cancellations and missed appointments before applying cancellation charges.
